Upcoming Changes in 2025

Dear Ivy Rose Moon Community,

Welcome to 2025! Today, I’m excited to share some changes that are unfolding here on the blog and in my work overall in the coming year.

For the past few years, I’ve been deeply immersed in exploring the Sacred Feminine and Goddess Archetypes, honoring and diving into topics such as Ancient Wisdom, the Divine Feminine, and living an intuitive, Soul-Led life.

It’s been an incredible journey of deep healing, transformation, and growth, and I’m so grateful for the community and following that has grown around these teachings.

However, as it often does, life threw me some curveballs this year.

While I haven’t officially announced it on the blog, if you’re on my mailing list you know that I’m 7 months pregnant with my first child and have been struggling with Hyperemesis Gravidarum (severe nausea and vomiting) for my entire pregnancy.

Although I did not anticipate my entry into motherhood being so difficult, this experience has changed my heart and nudged me into a new direction in life and with my business.

I’ve spent the last several months reflecting deeply on where I am now, where I want to go, and what I feel called to explore next in this space.

After much contemplation, I’ve decided to broaden the focus of this space to go beyond the topic of the Sacred Feminine.

While the Sacred Feminine and Goddess work will always hold a special place in my heart and while there will be some teachings related to this topic going forward, there are also many other areas of life that I’m eager to explore, share, and in some cases, return to.

Going forward, I’ll be expanding the conversation to include a wider range of topics, including:

  • Body Image & Self-Love: I’m bringing back the OG focus of Ivy Rose Moon and one of my primary areas of expertise, which is how to heal your body image, how to use exercise as a tool for self-love, and how to truly feel good about yourself in a way that goes beyond looks and shallow affirmations. (For those who don’t know, I was an eating disorder therapist for many years…_

  • Motherhood: Exploring the sacred, transformative journey of becoming a mother, moving out of maidenhood, and discovering a new identity as my daughter’s mother. I also feel so deeply called to provide resources and support for mamas-to-be who are struggling with the hell that is Hyperemesis.

  • Faith & Spirituality: Unpacking the changes in my spirituality that have come about ever since I got pregnant and expanding the conversation around spirituality in general. My new and changing views on the worlds of Manifestation and Law of Attraction.

  • Lifestyle & Healthy Living: Postpartum nourishment and healing from HG, rekindling a passion for healthy, balanced living and how to role model healthy, non-disordered behaviors to children.

  • Personal Growth & Empowerment: Tools, practices, and reflections on living an empowered, confident, values-driven life.

I’m excited to see how these topics will intertwine and evolve here, and I already have so many great things planned for you in the coming year. As always, I’m deeply committed to providing you with high quality content that not only inspires, but also nurtures real transformation in all areas of your life.

To reiterate, this isn’t a full departure from the feminine or archetypal work I’ve shared, but rather an opportunity to expand the conversation to encompass more of the topics that matter to me. It also doesn’t mean I will never write or teach about those topics again, just that they won’t be the main focus of my work or brand moving forward.

As always, I’m extremely grateful for your presence here. Your support and engagement have meant the world to me, and I can’t wait to dive into these new topics with you. I hope you’ll continue to join me as we embark on this new chapter together.

With gratitude,
Alex
